One of our most popular doors is one that’s hand built in our workshop and measures up to 12 metres wide. Suitable for industrial, agricultural and commercial use, the roller shutter door – a heavy duty rolling shutter made of galvanised steel – may not sound too exciting but it’s an incredibly strong and secure door that lasts.Â
Our skilled team have decades of experience in the construction of bespoke doors. We make the doors at our workshop in Norwich and install them on site with expert precision. The doors are available in range of finishes and designs, including powder coating and custom paint colours.Â
The doors can be fitted with a manual or automatic opening system, with a ‘safedrive’ motor which meets anti-fallback regulations.Â
Ipswich Grain Terminal We supplied and installed these huge 9-metre tall roller shutters at the Port of Ipswich, working in partnership with the main site contractor.Â
RAF Brentwaters The cold war museum needed a colossal door to house light aircraft. We made a door nearly 12 metres wide by nearly 5 metres high.Â
St George’s Distillery The English Whiskey distillery in East Harling required 5-metre wide doors which we produced with a smart plastisol steel finish.Â
Braintree Waste Station Eight roller shutter doors were required for the new facility in Braintree, working on behalf of a Cambridgeshire based contractor. We manufactured and installed doors measuring 5 x 6 metres.Â
ATB Laurence Scott A mid-size door was needed for the engineering firm in Norwich to allow the coming and going of large vehicles and machinery. Installed with a GfA Elektromaten Safedrive for fast and reliable operation.Â
Caister Lifeboat Station We’ve worked with the Caister Lifeboat station a few times over the years including the supply and installation of the massive roller shutter door that houses their fleet.Â
