Associated British Ports has overseen an expansion of the historic port at King’s Lynn, including the introduction of huge warehousing facilities for the importation and storage of salt used in animal feed products.
One of the doors to the Salt Store is a shutter curtain measuring a gargantuan 6.1m wide x 8.5m high. Cooks Doors were invited to the port to replace the galvanised shutter curtain and bottom rail assembly.
