A heavy-duty Titan industrial power-operated non-insulated roller shutter door was installed in the fan house. This door is designed for applications where insulation is not required but durability and security are paramount. Key features include:

• Durable Construction. The door is constructed using 20g traditional curved laths and secured with end locks.
• Weatherproofing. A nylon draught brush seal and wind guides ensure protection against the elements.
• Power Operation. The door is operated by a GfA Elektromaten Safedrive motor, providing reliable and efficient operation.

Personnel Doors

The project also included the installation of five personnel doors, four outward-opening and one inward-opening. These doors are designed for pedestrian access and are constructed using high-quality materials for durability and security. Key features include:

• Insulation. Mineral wool infill provides insulation to help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
• Security. Magnelis-coated base material, multi-point sashlocks, and secure cylinders ensure robust security.
• Weatherproofing. Low-profile aluminium thresholds and frame seals provide effective weatherproofing.
• Finish. The doors are finished in a durable powder-coated colour to match the building's aesthetic.
